This project involved knitting together the roofs of two separate buildings with a new planted rooftop sculpture garden.  The sedum roof climbs between the two roof levels and covers two new thin-shell concrete skylights over the artist studio below.   In addition to the planted roof the project included the renovation of the penthouse apartment, penthouse office, and the implementation of energy efficiency measures including the reconstruction of a significant portion of the building enclosure with exterior insulation and a new high efficiency boiler.
