This project includes the renovation of a top floor, 2000sf space, in a Soho commercial building for this global research and strategy boutique office. We worked with them to make this first US office satellite (they have offices in Australia) flexible for their marketing research and brand innovation projects in North America and the design allows for their anticipated company growth. We developed an open work area, kitchen, breakout area, small meeting room, and private telephone conferencing area. We designed custom lighting and graphic components for the project as well.
