Yet, this chair sits solid like a rock. The Jig-Seat is
a chair made out of particle board, a material often slandered for
its mundane looks. In furniture designs it's always hid under a layer
of 'aesthetic' plastic or veneer coverage. However, in the Jig-Seat
design particle board is applied as a visual element, for its simple
and honest quality. Only the crosscuts are finished with ABS edge
banding.
