Continuing their relationship with an existing client, Ogawa/Depardon Architects used several modular construction techniques. The design accommodates a tight budget (under $125 per sq. ft.) by simplifying the construction process and by reducing construction material waste. The design has been created as a prototype for future economical constructions.
