This project is located in the exclusive Beverly Park estates above Beverly Hills. This project is located in the exclusive Beverly Park estates above Beverly Hills. The 10 acre estate has a 10,000 SF mediterranean villa overlooking spectacular views down the canyon into Century City and a stone faced guest house overlooking the tennis court. The program included adding a stand-alone 3,000 SF guest house, a 2,000 SF infinity edge pool and an entertainment room located below the pool. The guest house included several sleeping rooms, staff rooms and utility areas. The circular pool, extended over the edge of the flat pad, allowed us to maximize the length of the infinity edge. Stairs on either side led down to the entertainment room along the edge of the water. An occulus at the center of the pool provided views of the pool above and allowed light to penetrate deep into the entertainment room. A jellyfish tank at the center was surrounded by a bar and various recreational activities. collapse
