About me
Phillip M. Crosby is currently pursuing a PhD in Architecture at the University of Pennsylvania. His research centers on twentieth century and contemporary theories of architecture and urbanism with a particular focus on the discourses of Team 10 and Landscape Urbanism. Since 2007 Phillip has been the managing principal of DUAL:workshop, an interdisciplinary design studio that explores the dualities of practice|academia, architecture|landscape, and cities|suburbs through both speculative design research and real world built projects. The work of DUAL:workshop has received multiple design awards and has been exhibited internationally.
