Shlemmer+Algaze+Associates (SAA) an architectural firm specializing in the design of commercial office interiors and base building renovations currently has an opening for a Marketing/Sales Manager with experience in A/E/C. - CRM, Deltek Vision experience preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree with concentration in Marketing, Business or Communications. Masters degree preferred; Minimum 6-8 years experience in a related position with another firm.
- Graphic Design - Exceptional design capabilities.
- Management - Display management skills required to motivate staff to achieve company agenda.
- Critical Thinking - Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.

Job duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Manage and oversee the overall Art Direction of the company's branding and collateral material.
- Manage and oversee SAA RFP/proposal process and policies.
- Manage and direct staff. Including, hiring, firing, performance review and developing metrics.
- Coordinate with Business Development staff to insure BD has marketing material or information as needed.
- Lead monthly marketing/sales training meetings for SAA.
- Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.
- Build a solid lead generation process
- Develop and implement an accurate and complete CRM system
- Assist VP of Sales and Marketing in developing and implementing SAA Marketing/Sales plan annually
- Coordinate department activities and projects to meet project deadlines
- Function as a contact point throughout the marketing/sales process for the utilization of resources
- Lead the business development strategy by "quarterbacking" the team, strategic agenda, client services, user experience and other domains to deliver prospective clients presentations, proposals and quotes to secure new client relationships.
- Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote services
- Evaluate the financial aspects of services development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
