Requirements
Broad-based administrative and technical knowledge of the construction process, maturity and sound judgment, effective written and oral communication skills required. Must possess an even temperament and an ability to function well under pressure. Good negotiator. Computer skills preferred.
 
Job may be in construction site conditions, with noise, dust and working outside that may include climbing (ladders/scaffolding) and lifting project plans (40# or greater).
