Qualified candidates should:
 
• be licensed in NY State
 
• possess a professional degree in Architecture
 
• have a minimum of 8yrs experience in architecture; experience in high-end residential projects is mandatory
 
• have successful experience writing proposals and contracts, invoicing, and collecting payments
 
• excel at interacting with clients as well as large teams of consultants
 
• have experience as a team leader and skill as a collaborator
 
• have advanced working knowledge of Vectorworks, and proficiency with other presentation and modelling software, including InDesign, Photoshop, and SketchUp
