TCA is seeking a Dynamic Project Manager who has a degree in Architecture and at least 8 years experience with high-end residential projects as well as sustainable design and construction.

Qualified candidates should:

• be licensed in NY State

• possess a professional degree in Architecture

• have a minimum of 8yrs experience in architecture; experience in high-end residential projects is mandatory

• have successful experience writing proposals and contracts, invoicing, and collecting payments

• excel at interacting with clients as well as large teams of consultants

• have experience as a team leader and skill as a collaborator

• have advanced working knowledge of Vectorworks, and proficiency with other presentation and modelling software, including InDesign, Photoshop, and SketchUp

• have experience writing and/or procuring specifications; researching, designing and drawing new details

• have exposure to and interest in sustainable design and construction.

Note: Experience with the NYC DOB and LPC are a plus. LEED accreditation and experience with LEED certified buildings a plus.
