Hollwich Kushner LLC, an emerging architectural firm based in
Soho is looking for an experienced project architect with 6+ years of work
experience in the design and construction phases of low/mid-rise residential
developer projects. She/He needs to be comfortable coordinating design work
with an executive architect, developer clients, the local municipality, and
multiple consultants. She/He should be familiar with architectural design and
construction practices in the New York City area, especially Jersey City as
well as local building code and regulations. Candidates must have a strong
sense of quality design and planning knowledge.
Proficiency required in the following software programs (PC
Platform): AutoCad and Microsoft Office. Rhino and Adobe software is a plus.
