dEMM architecture is about questioning the different perspectives of living.
It is about the synchronization between the contemporary needs or, more specifically, the intentions of its inhabitants, (when we know them from the start) and the house that, eventually, will become their home.
The relationship with the surrounding environment is a trigger to the concept definition, regarding conscious use of natural resources, as well as an efficient exploitation of the site characteristics.
A constructive approach is necessarily incorporated in the conceptual philosophy of the whole project. The detail highlights and defines the global work.
With strong experience in developing large residential complexes, exploring commercial value through design, which over time had become a brand, means for us a renewed starting point.
