Eligibility
Any office or workspace designed within the last five years. (Preference is given to built work, but conceptual work will also be considered.)
There is no requirement that the entry be designed by an architect – if you are an amateur designer you can have your hand at entering as well.
If you submitted last year, but did not win a prize you are eligible to resubmit.
Fee
$50 per entry. A person or firm may submit as many times as they like.

How to submit
- Create a free firm or personal profile on Architizer.com (if you have one already you are one step ahead!).
- Add your project to the Architizer database (if it is already on Architizer skip to step 3).
- Pay the registration fee.
- You will be given a top secret email address. Send us your project's URL and we will enter it into the award.
- You will get a confirmation email from us that we have received payment and that your project has been accepted - this may take a day or two.
- All done!
Prize
(1) One lucky winner will receive a grand prize of $2,000 for general design excellence, plus a new iPad outfitted with Autodesk® apps and 15 Poppin desk makeovers
(24) Twenty Four winning projects will be featured on Inc.com, the premier news site for entrepreneurs and business professionals. See last year's gallery.
Architizer will also use its considerable social media resources, of nearly 400,000 Facebook fans to spread the word and celebrate the winners via interviews and additional coverage.
Submission Requirements
It is suggested that every project upload:
- Be sure to credit everyone who worked on the project.
- Include at least one plan and section or more if available.
- Include a project description of 300 words or less.
- Credit whichever manufacturers (from doors to desks) were crucial in making this project awesome.
- 4+ images so we get a real sense of the design.
Judging
Editors from Inc.com and Architizer will decide which office designs made the cut.
The judges will be looking for innovation and uniqueness in the concept, design and execution of the projects. Special attention will be paid to compelling
environmental solutions, innovations on corporate culture, use of materials, and sublime beauty.
