March 14, 2013
Ever watched Sex and the City and thought, “There’s no way a journalist could afford that apartment” (not to mention “that closet”)? Well, now you can see just how overblown Carrie Bradshaw’s—and other fictional characters’—apartments really are. Gothamist has posted a few detailed floor plans of beloved NYC characters like Jerry Seinfeld, the Friends gang, and Ricky and Lucy Ricardo. The drawings are by the artist Iñaki Aliste Lizarralde. Check out her Etsy shop and click through to see the aforementioned plans, plus Holly Golightly’s swinging pad and more.
