Project: 303 Canyon
Architect: Arch11
Location: Boulder, Colorado
303 Canyon is a multi-family residence, composed of three townhouses lodged within two independent volumes. A rarity in West Boulder, where zoning code favors single-family homes, the residential complex by Arch11 artfully minimizes ground coverage. Instead of sprawling across the arresting landscape, the townhouses are grouped tightly on their plot. The focus of each unit is a glazed corner, directing views out towards the neighboring Flatiron peaks. The homes are clad in a combination of cedar, stainless steel, stucco, and glass.
