Frank Gehry-Designed Condos Once Owned By Dennis Hopper Now Up For Rent
December 11, 2012
Last August the Dennis Hopper compound in California, which consisted of three Frank Gehry-designed loft spaces, finally sold after spending nearly two years on the market. What once served as Dennis Hopper’s hilltop home, office, and familial residence now offers renters skylights and 30 foot ceilings, in addition to the opportunity to brag about living in a Gehry structure. Given the condo’s roomy proportions (1400-square-feet), that lofty price tag seems more than reasonable for a Gehry original, right?
